15+ years building products at the edge of where industries get disrupted — microfinance, lottery innovation, FinTech, and now franchise tech.
I'm comfortable moving between strategy decks and terminal windows. Most effective when those two things are the same conversation.
Right now I'm deep in agentic AI development — building WOW OS with a Claude Code pipeline I architected myself.

WOW OS —
Franchise Management
Platform
A proprietary franchise management platform that replaces Salesforce and consolidates every operational tool into a single system across 50+ locations. Architected using an agentic AI development pipeline built on Claude Code.
How I Build
A full agentic SDLC —
not a shortcut,
a system.
Most teams use AI to write faster. I built something different — a multi-agent development system where every stage of the software lifecycle is owned by a purpose-built agent grounded in real business context.
The system covers the full stack: product requirements, UX and UI design, frontend and backend implementation, security review, QA, DevOps, finance logic, and legal compliance. Each agent reads the actual business documents for WOW OS — PRDs, specs, department context — before producing output.
The result is a living, compounding system. Specs stay in sync with code. Every change is proposed, reviewed, built, verified, and archived — with full traceability. This is how a solo product leader ships at team velocity.
Any idea or PRD is turned into a structured change proposal with delta specs — describing exactly what gets added, modified, or removed. Business context docs are read automatically before anything is written.
Specialist agents — covering Product, UX, UI, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Franchise Development — each review the proposal through their own business lens, producing GO / CONDITIONAL GO / NO-GO assessments before a line of code is touched.
Frontend, backend, security, QA, and DevOps agents execute against the approved spec — each scoped to their domain. A gap analysis agent audits mockups against PRDs in parallel, catching coverage issues before implementation.
Every shipped change is validated for completeness, correctness, and coherence against the delta spec. Once verified, living specs are updated automatically — keeping documentation in sync with the codebase at all times.
Product · UX · UI · Frontend · Backend · Security · QA · DevOps · Finance · Legal — each grounded in WOW OS business context, each with a defined output format, each compounding with every feature shipped.
About
I've spent 15 years building products at the edge of where industries get disrupted — microfinance in Nicaragua, lottery innovation at BCLC, revenue infrastructure at Clearco, and now franchise operations at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING.
My work tends to show up in the numbers: $100M+ GMV at Clearco, 16% retention lift, 20% default reduction, TAM expanded 10X through a banking integration I led end-to-end.
What I care about is the thinking behind the build — clear problem framing, tight OKRs, and products that make the business measurably better. I've led teams, scaled functions from zero, and shipped everything from fintech risk models to the world's first distributed wine cellar trading platform.
